An AI-powered workforce intelligence and EdTech social enterprise in Kigali. We train young Africans for real roles and place them with employers who sponsor that training.
Career Pipeline training is free to the learner — the employer sponsors it. Open Learning courses are paid, from 5,000 to 120,000 RWF depending on the course.
Six weeks from brief to offer on the standard pathway, or as little as two weeks on the urgent pathway.
A 50,000 RWF training fee per hire, paid upfront to sponsor candidate training, and a placement fee of 35% of two months' salary — charged only after a successful hire.
Learners scoring 75% or above enter our talent pool and are matched to future roles in the same or a related category.
Our current cohorts are Rwanda-based, with East Africa as the next step.
