About TEK Scholars
Training, and the AI workforce intelligence that proves it. Two things, built to turn a skill into an income.
Two Things, Done Properly
TEK Scholars does two things: we train young Africans for work that exists, and we run the AI workforce intelligence that decides who is ready and proves it to an employer.
Neither half works alone. Training without proof leaves graduates invisible to hiring managers. Screening without training just sorts the same shortage differently. Together they turn a skill into an income.

Training, and the Intelligence That Proves It
Everything TEK Scholars builds sits under one of these two.
Training
Skills built for roles that are actually open.
Two tracks feed the same pool. Employers sponsor cohorts trained against a brief they wrote themselves; anyone else can take a self-paced Open Learning course and earn a credential.
- Employer-led Career Pipeline cohorts, free to the learner
- Self-paced Open Learning courses with certification
- Role-specific modules, assessments and a final project
- Mentorship and interview preparation alongside the technical work
AI Workforce Intelligence
Proof an employer can act on.
Screening, ranking and verified profiles. The platform reads every application and CV, scores relevance, motivation and experience, and hands the employer a ranked shortlist rather than a pile.
- AI screening across a 60,000-strong community
- Assessment scores and a verified, employer-validated credential
- Ranked talent profiles built from real performance, not self-report
- Talent recycling — strong candidates stay matched to future roles
